Kelly & Yang are committed to doing our part to help in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.  In particular:

Goal 8 - Decent work and economic growth.

Goal 9 - Industry, innovation and infrastructure.  

Goal 12 - Responsible consumption and production.

Innovation is embedded in the way we work through our methodologies, use of technology and our support of the Kelly & Yang Academy.

Kelly & Yang does not duplicate office space.  All our directors and associates use remote-based technology or hotdesk when working at clients’ premises.  In this way Kelly & Yang virtually eliminates our environmental impact.  

Additionally we have measures in place to reduce energy and paper usage and to minimize our transport impacts through technology and our use of public transport where possible.  

As well as helping to achieve the UN sustainable development goals, the cost savings arising from our Environmental Management System are passed on to clients in lower fees.
